These terms govern the use of the live streaming service "Comate" provided by LilekSoftware LLC. Users shall agree to these terms to use the Service.
"App" refers to the "Comate" app, "Streamer" to streaming users, "Character" to separate activity profiles, and "Points" to the in-app currency.
Users can create multiple characters per account. All responsibilities for character actions (chat, game participation, etc.) belong to the account holder.
Streamers must not be affiliated with antisocial forces, must be at least 13 years old, and must meet our review criteria (relations, sample audio, etc.).
We prohibit streams violating public order/morals, defamation, IP infringement, and abusing the "Short URL" function to redirect to phishing or spam sites.
Upon violation, we may delete content, stop streams, or suspend/delete the account without prior notice.
Comment ranks (Black, Red, Yellow, Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold) define characters and text styles. Inappropriate comments may lower the rank.
Paid points expire in 180 days, free points in 365 days, and revenue points in 180 days. Purchased points and sent gifts are strictly non-refundable.
Paid memberships automatically renew monthly via Stripe. Cancellations must be made before the renewal date. No pro-rated refunds are provided.
We assume no liability or compensation for any game disadvantages caused by connection delay, packet loss, or server load in interactive games.
We do not warrant the Service is error-free, and we are not liable for any user disputes or trouble with third parties.
All rights to the Service belong to us. User content copyright belongs to the user, but we are granted free, non-exclusive rights to use it.
Changes are notified in advance. Use of the Service after changes constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
