LilekSoftware LLC (hereinafter "the Company") establishes this policy for the handling of personal information in "Comate" (including characters) and complies with related laws.
We collect: 1) Account details (email, SNS, phone), 2) Character profile (name, bio, icon), 3) Transactions (points history, bank account. Note: Card details are directly processed by Stripe), and 4) IP, Cookies, and logs.
Used for: authentication, character linking, live streaming, interactive game sync, comment functions, point & sub billing, payouts, system analytics, and security/fraud prevention.
We integrate with: Supabase (DB & Auth), Firebase (Notifs & Analytics), Stripe (Payments), and AdMob / Google Analytics (Ads & traffic). We do not sell/disclose data unless required by law.
We use SSL/TLS encryption, database access restrictions (RLS policies), and secure server-side logic execution to protect all user data.
Retained as needed. When a user deletes an account or character, data is physically deleted (purged) from the DB following a safe schedule, except for statutory audits.
Used for session status and analytics. You can refuse Cookies via browser settings, but some features might be disabled.
We respect global regulations including GDPR and CCPA. Users consent to data being processed and stored in Japanese and global secure cloud servers.
Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their data via in-app settings or the contact form.
